I, __________________________________, Client of Morris Investigations, agree to pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit for the use of one GPS Tracking Unit. This unit was placed under my responsibility on the ______ day of __________, 20___, at ______ ___. M. I agree to return this same unit, undamaged and in working order on the _______ day of _________, 20___, by ______ ___. M. On this date of return, I will receive a full return of my security deposit. I understand there will be an additional $5.00 per hour late charge. This late charge will begin at the specified return time and the amount will be taken out of the $500.00 security deposit.
By paying this security deposit and accepting possession of this GPS Tracking Unit, I am accepting full responsibility for the security, care and usage of this unit. I fully realize I am responsible for this unit from the beginning date and time to the return date and time.
I also understand that by accepting this GPS Tracking Unit and paying the security I am responsible for placing it only on vehicles that are legally titled, registered and licensed in my name or vehicles whose legal owners have given me expressed permission to install the GPS Tracking Unit on their specified vehicle. This GPS Tracking Unit will not be place on any vehicle that is not legally titled, registered and licensed in my name or on any vehicle whose owner has not given me permission to track.
I have read this agreement completely and understand my responsibility concerning the GPS Tracking Unit.
